By accessing or using the Mel platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Mel platform ('Service'), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mel is a B2B sales intelligence platform that combines AI automation with human expertise to help businesses automate prospecting, generate qualified leads, and book sales meetings. The Service includes lead generation, email campaign automation, conversational AI, calendar integrations, and CRM connectors.
3. User Accounts & Security
You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@mazylon.com of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited spam, violate any applicable anti-spam or data protection laws (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL), engage in unlawful data scraping, distribute malware, or conduct any activity that could harm the Service or other users. All outreach conducted through Mel must comply with applicable marketing and data protection regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Mazylon SAS and are protected by French and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mazylon SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with GDPR. Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
